PCAC History

The Pennyrile Children’s Advocacy Center (PCAC) began with the idea that no one agency or professional can prevent and treat the crime of child sexual/physical abuse. Since 2001, the PCAC has served the Pennyrile Area Development District of Western Kentucky alongside our collaborative professional partners and agencies.
